We're leading the charge in Mobile EV Charging, serving Orange County and gearing up to expand into Los Angeles County. We're seeking two dynamic Charging Technicians to join our growing team. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and customer service, ready for the dynamic demands of the EV charging industry.
Your Role:
As a Charging Technician with Coastline Charging, you'll be based in Costa Mesa, CA, and provide essential charging services across Orange County. This position is key to ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service, with the potential to be part of our expansion into Los Angeles County. The role involves physical work, including the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and manage advanced portable charging equipment.
-Deliver high-quality charging services, adapting to various client needs and locations.
-Utilize proprietary software for effective record-keeping and invoicing.
-Uphold high standards of safety and professionalism while driving across service areas.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Technological proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Clean driving record; successful background check.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
